Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

  2. Return Authorization:
    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Packaging and Shipping:
    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
  4. Inspection and Processing:
    • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. You will receive a notification regarding the status of your return.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

If your return is approved, you will be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or part, please follow the return process to send back the original item(s) and place a new order for the desired item(s). Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos with package opening video. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
